Meet Our Founder
2B=ME is led by CEO Flynnard Brooks Jr., a United States Navy veteran with a background in law and finance. He holds a BBA from California State University, Los Angeles, with expertise in property management, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
His military background and core values shape how 2B=ME approaches mentorship: with discipline, purpose, and a genuine commitment to the next generation. Learn more about our mission
Our Approach
Our team of educators and mentors is passionate about working with young people and committed to providing high-quality guidance. We believe every young person has the potential to achieve great things — and that education, mentorship, and personal development can help them get there.
Here’s what shapes our approach:
- We aim to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, and problematic drug use through education across spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and financial intelligence.
- We focus on giving children and young adults the education, tools, and training to better understand themselves.
- We aim to prepare the next generation of leaders, aged 5 to 25, for a purposeful life.
- We plan to expand into software applications, learning accessories, and remote teaching, with progress monitoring as a priority.
- 2B=ME operates as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in California.
